The facilities were great, the pool was nice, the staff was constantly cleaning the courtyard around the pool. Loved the stay, wish we could have stayed longer!
Noisy occupants upstairs at all hours of the night. Lots of stomping and running, really wish people were considerate of others trying to get sleep. Also, when we checked out the older man in the bar area saw us trying to check out, but he took his time to help us. Thankfully a younger lady came out from behind the office to assist us and we were able to be on our way.
Downtown location allows walking to restaurants and shops.
Breakfast pastries were poor quality. Oatmeal was dried out.
This Best Western is a nice go-to whenever I'm in town. Rooms are very shaded to hide from the Palm Springs sun, and the pool is a decent size - one can typically find a lot of activity happening there. Parking is a breeze, no nonsense, no fuss, and location is just prime.
The property does feel a little dated, but I feel that's part of the Palm Springs charm.
