The people from the restaurant need to be more nicer and smile more, they should greet the guests better . Room : Our tub (jacuzzi) needs to be repair , bed make a lot of noise.

Free parking and pretty good location. Found out about Indian Canyons on the promotional video playing on the TV. Well worth a visit.

Told after we checked in there was a bar behind our room that was noisy until 2am and it was. Were not allowed to cancel as other hotels had allowed when problems encountered. Given earplugs. View of ugly car park. Dated design with walkway outside room giving no privacy. Kept shutters closed. Cramped room. Very small bathroom. Breakfast mediocre at best. Not much space round the pool to cater for all the guests. I suspect the rooms on the other side would be better but a fair proportion were like ours. Why play roulette on getting a good room especially for the high price we paid.

The breakfast was excellent. The eggs were fresh and sausage was good. The fruit the muffins were delicious. Everything was excellent.. Everything was delicious.

The location was good, very clean room.

It was a horrible nightmare. I couldn’t sleep all night First the room was so clean and very cozy I was so happy to have upstairs corner room. But my room was right above main lobby which means every time main sliding door opens it sounds like earthquake. And every 15 minutes there is strange sound like ice maker machine. The main issue was the shower water temperature was broken or something I almost burn my self. Next morning when we ask manager at lobby about the room issue, he was looking at us so strange and telling us why we didn’t call them at the moment. I was so upset he didn’t apologize first.
