When Check in i ask if have to pay extra for check out between 11am- 1pm they say Not only if you check out after 1pm. I check out between 12.30pm -1pm and the woman without only tell $40 dollars, and without my authority charge me the $40 to my Debit card. Try to be honest and don't lie for charge extra money to your clients..
