Cleaness and the bed was so comfy.

The shuttle times were not good especially the ones bringing us back from the parks : 6:30 is too early and 9:30 is too late. There should be a shuttle time in the middle. Also, in the morning there should be a shuttle time between 7:45 and 9:45
The location was good, however it was a lot of traffic!
The hotel wasn’t clean. The ventilation system was poor! I constantly choked throughout the night because of it. The staff was unprofessional and never delivered towels. The hotel lobby was dirty. The carpet had a stench of dog piss. The room was tiny and stinky!

We checked in and dropped our luggage off. Then returned to our room after 10pm, and found out there were no towels. Called the front desk couple of times, there was no answer. We travel for work to Orlando several times per month and have stayed in many hotels. This was the first time we had to experience something like this. Also their downstairs coffee maker was not working and the front desk employee seemed annoyed with us, after we mentioned it. In the morning the management offered us some refund. But we both agreed that this hotel is declining. We have stayed here before.
The staff was super friendly and hopeful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The hotel didn't have a lot of amenities, pool was small.
