Location
Messed up booking from booking.com, what they had in their system did not correspond to what I had on booking.com. Significantly higher charges on stay than what booking.com had quoted. Was told before stay by Excalibur that separate bookings I had were linked. On arrival they had not been, was told it had know been. Then they had me checked out the day before as had not linked booking as told on two occasions they had. Thus was told to leave room and re check in. Room very noisy, all you can hear are the lifts all night if your room is in that area and AC is loud and when starting constantly through the night is like an old car trying to start on a cold morning. Place is very dated and tatty, room is depressing with colour scheme of shapes of diarrhoea, pool extremely busy with little to no room. Staff dismissive and rude, never complained just wanted it sorted out. But hotel staff seem incompetent, place is a rip off and wish I had booked somewhere else (New York next door w looked so much better) for a little more money and luxury. It’s the Las Vegas version of Butlins/Pontins
