I really enjoyed my stay here and I will be returning soon for sure
Everything really met my expectations
The beach access, pool, room view, and facility.
The gym advertised on the website is down the road and not on site. That was annoying. The beach chairs are only available 9am-4pm and paid full day price of $50. That was VERY annoying. The parking deck is for multiple hotels and it was jam packed. The spots were also tiny. Felt like we were squishing into parking spots. Ice machine on the 14th floor is out of order
Wonderful
Anything
The pool bar food was good.
The hotel rooms were outdated and in need of significant updates. We stayed on the 5th floor and had a balcony, which was a nice feature, but the overall condition of the property required noticeable visual repairs. The photos online were not an accurate representation of the actual accommodations, and the quality did not match the amount of money paid for the stay. I expected a higher standard based on the price and promotional materials.
The only thing that was good about the hotel was the location and the local amenities around the resort.
The elevators nor the lobby had air conditioning, the rooms were very small, none of the staff knew where the ramp to get a wagon down the beach area was. The music outside was too loud, and there was also a gentleman playing music outside near the speakers, and there were two sets of music playing at one time that you could not relax to either. The Wet Whistle dining was nice, but the wait staff was very limited and had to wait around 20 minutes for someone to make there was over to us to order. Food was great, service was very slow.
I loved the property and location.
I didn’t like the beds. The bed was SO HARD in our room.
Clean, conveniently located.
The air conditioning in the room was loud.
