I had such an amazing stay at this little Hilton on the lake. This was my first time in almost two years heading out on an overnight vacation as since the pandemic, I've been a bit apprehensive. This was within my province, so all I needed was a QR code. The staff helped with translation and went out of the way to assist me with room service. They were kind and accommodating and made sure my stay was comfortable. This was my first time staying at a "resort-style" hotel and it didn't disappoint!

Nice location by the lake. Lovely big spacious and clean room which was nicely furnished. Nice indoor pool - clean and spacious. Outdoor pool was closed at the time. Nice grounds with indoor go-cart in basement. Good Chinese restaurant

Very crowded. room service was limited and they didnt have some of items requested. Breakfast had people walking round in their slippers. Food was averages They had a BBQ on most nights from one of the restaurants. The setting was great and looked to have a lot of potential but food was not of a high standard. Warm food was served cold. Not a lot of variety.

Amazing room but really poor food quality for the room service

The room was clean, had a good layout and the facilities were all in a good shape. Nice architecture overall. Breakfast was good and the staff was always really friendly, but the English service can be improved a lot.

The food we ordered to the room was in a really poor quality. The descriptions on the menu were not representing the food we got delivered at all (regarding ingredients missing or as well how for example a panini looks like compared to a simple sandwich with toast). The price for the food was also not cheap, so as a customer you have certain expectations which were not fulfilled at all.

Super nice and new hotel, it has a big convention center. Excellent breakfast with many options. Amazing view to the lake. Big and confortable room. The hotel has many copies of famous Italian statues in their garden.

They couldn't find my reservation from booking.com and simply told me the hotel was full. After speaking with 2 managers they offered me an upgrade for the same price. Pool and poolside are quite small and shallow. There was a leaking problem with the air conditioner condenser in my room.

Good location. The executive lounge is decent.

Food is very average and the dining room very overcrowded at peak times. Also very busy with families.
