The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is quite clean and the rooms are both nice and nicely spaced. Very close to the station.

A quiet centre close to Tokyo station .

Location was good A more detailed information on how to reach hotel on foot from Tokyo station was lacking.The name of Hotel was not displayed well .

Tourist information desk . Complimentary breakfast.

liked everything

no shower facility after checkout as my flight was in the night, i wanted to take a shower before I leave for airport, but since the checkout was at 1:00pm in the evening I could not take a shower, It was very Hot and Humid that day and I had a 15hrs flight back to Switzerland.

The hotel name is misleading and it is not connected to Tokyo Station.

It might be because its Tokyo but the value for money is not there

Location is excellent 5min walk from Tokyo station and 24/7 operating supermarkets
