Pool & ocean view
Restaurant menu was in Spanish (no English option) Room had a bad odor coming from drains in bathroom & jacuzzi tub, Photos were deceiving, I reserved junior ocean view suitno balcony (unable to change rm) Far from center but affordable pricing.
Close to beach, the swimming pool is nice too
No wifi inside the room. Not many food options in hotel. Overall its out-dated, like 2.5 star
Ocean view
The water pressure in the shower was way to harsh even adjusting the settings and decorative pillows smelled so bad. The receptionists will ask all of your party to be present at the time of check in. Everyone will need to provide IDs including minors.
Clean pool and the beach. Beach towels are big.
Smell moldy, no coffee pot or microwave.
Nice swimming pool, nice beach front with an amazing sun rise each morning. Some of the staff were very nice and friendly ( some were not ). The place seems to be moving in the right direction as before arrival I was told food was not served onsite but actually it was.
Airport to Hotel transfer - paid driver 200mxn in advance and paid 840mxn at arrival. Expected to pay 800mxn at hotel as the price agreed was 1000mxn, so questioned the additional 40mxn and the receptionist said its 5% fee for paying in card when the hotel never mentioned in the messages to pay the balance in cash and receptionist was a bit cold/rude about it. Plus to go back to the airport I took an Uber and it was less than 200mxn so probably best to take a taxi which I understood from talking to a cab is a fixed fee circa $35usd. Rooms, you could hear traffic go by, a light came into the room from the corridor outside. I was on 2nd floor and you could hear everything around you, doors opening and closing. Apart from the noise and light for people who prefer dark rooms it was very comfortable. Wardrobe could do with the shelves and top being cleaned. The Sales guys for tours and activities got quite annoying. I understand their location to catch guests but apart from Jesus, I didnt enjoy them. I asked at reception when checking-in the best place to get cash after paying a card payment additional fee of 5%, she suggested the shopping centre as there was an ATM with Citibank - went to the shopping centre 4 times and both Citibank and HSBC ATMs never were working but there was another with low fee but crap Fx but before the shopping centre there is a Santander bank which would be my recommendation to guests.
