Quality Inn Lynchburg

The hot breakfast (biscuits, sausage gravy '& scrambled eggs) was excellent and I made sure to let the front desk staff know my appreciation.

The breakfast was it is the same every day and on the second day it took the staff ten minutes to replenish the one and only (small) container, a coffee pitcher, to get more milk. There were 5 people waiting for milk for their coffee or cereal. .When I registered I asked for a handicapped room and a room close to the lobby. We were in the second last room on the property AND I could not use the shower. The toilet was an issue for me as well.It was at least on the first floor. Why bother to ask what needs we have if they are not going to be followed through. If I had been told there was no handicapped room available I would have looked for and booked a room elsewhere! The room was also dirty. The floor could not have been cleaned for at least a week. My white soicks were black on the soles and we found a half eaten bag of "Takis" between th night stand and bathroom wall.

Breakfast was delicious, staff was so nice, she wanted to know how we do to help our daughter to be bilingual, it's good to find someone who is not racist..

The beds were not comfortable, something bited my daughter at night, and the bathroom are too old.
