Staff was friendly place was clean and comfortable

Location was good, we overslept and missed breakfast. Counterperson was very pleasant.

Room was not modern, and the bed frame was squeaky. Room had an "old" feeling, and was small. But, we expected that for the price we paid.

Location

Nothing about the property, but Lynchburg has poorly marked streets. Cannot clearly see street signs, especially at night

The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Stayed 3 nights, break was biscuits and gravy every day. There were lots of trucks staying there and it was loud. Doors from lobby to parking lot were never locked.

The man behind the desk was very kind and helpful. The location was good as we visited Liberty University. The price was very good. No carpets, vinyl floor which is cleaner.

The Motel atmosphere is, no doubt, dated.

The staff member at the front desk was very apologetic and refunded our money right away after we decided that we were not staying.

When we arrived at night we realized that it was a motel (this was not made clear online) and the rooms that we were assigned to opened to the back of the building where several people were hanging out in their cars (not sure if they were even guests of the Quality Inn), one room had a broken fridge with sour milk in it, all were dirty with hair either in the shower, counter and on linens and one room had a door that did not lock at all - it could be pushed open.
