Excellent location, friendly staff, good food, very clean

Visiting for a concert and the price for the night was double it normally is

Only one chair in the room, and no table.

Exceptional on every level. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, while the location in the heart of Dublin made it perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety with something for everyone, and everything was of the highest standard. Overall, the Riu Plaza The Gresham is a hotel that truly delivers both quality and service – highly recommended.

View from our room wasn't the best but hey it's a city not a fault of the hotel.

Location is fine. Breakfast is good. Food is good.

Ironing board was broken. Generator outside hotel was loud coming on in the morning. Staff service in the bar was poor including management standing around doing little to monitor service meaning one had to ask for service on more than one occasion. Generally a hotel relying on its location rather than its delivery and quality levels, a borderline 4 star hotel. Discount offered for parking was nominal.

Beautiful hotel. Comfy beds

I stayed here last year with friends. This year I bought my husband for his birthday, i was only ever gonna stay here. The breakfasts are amazing and this hotel is close to everything. I booked a deluxe room and it didn't disappoint.

The only criticism I have was the view from our room but someone as to stay in these rooms and we weren't in the hotel long enough to even care
