1 Hotel South Beach

This was my last time here. The hotel is overcrowded and the service is beyond disappointing—frankly, it’s unacceptable. Staff range from indifferent to outright rude, and most requests are simply ignored. My room wasn’t cleaned for an entire day despite repeated reminders. I waited hours for a laundry bag, and over an hour for a pen—yes, a pen. But the problem goes deeper than that. This place operates like it has a captive audience—young guests with limited choices—and the rest are treated like an afterthought. Expect long lines, dismissive attitudes, and the overwhelming sense that you should be grateful they’re letting you stay at all. The rooms? Not great. The prices? Outrageously high for what you get. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. Avoid this hotel.

The property is extremely modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and also very well maintained. The best part though, is the staff! They are incredibly friendly and attentive. More than most of the other comparable hotels in Miami for sure!

It’s impossible to reach reception and all the reception team is very disrespectful and rude and they try to scam us and also there is no room service other than normal times while we are in the room we used to stay one hotel Mayfair totally different experience unfortunately unfortunately it’s the worst experience of my life while I own a hotels around the world I’m really sorry about my experience. It’s such a shame such a nice and beautiful hotel but unfortunately wrong employees ruining reputation and giving us bad experience. with all of my respect to head of the hotel take care of his hotel ASAP thank you
