Hotel Örgryte

Staff helpful. Value for money. Great breakfast.

Inspect rooms before guests book in. Ours had no shower curtain.

The hotel is located in a nice place in Gothenburg. The hotel provides a very close protected garage for the car. The garage needs prior booking against an extra cost of 150 SEK/day. There is a very close bus stop near the hotel. A basic nice continental breakfast is available. The family room is spacious with four separate spacious beds and has a private bathroom and a little refrigerator.

Although the room was very clean, the furniture is a bit old. There was one table and a wooden closet door that were about to be broken. There were also some scratches on the floor which need fixes. The toilet has very little soap and no tissues or hair conditioner. Another thing is that when I booked the room, I wrote a message but did not get any answer. However, when I reached the hotel the staff was very nice and cooperative.

Really friendly ladies at reception, good selection for breakfast buffet, excellent shower pressure, nice glass elevator and clean overall.

Rude male receptionist, TV was old fashioned not a smart TV, no privacy lace on the curtains, bathroom drainage system lacking, and musty smell in room.
