Air conditioning didn’t work. Foyer bathroom not clean. Truck broken into.

The hotel is centrally located and very convenient, within walking distance to downtown and other sites. We had an issue with our flight on arrival and the hotel staff was very understanding and accommodating. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom/shower clean and comfortable to use. The hotel also offers complimentary admission tickets to some sites in town, be sure to inquire.

Beautiful facility, great location

The room never got cold. Not sure if they had a governor on the AC, or something was wrong with it, but it never got cold overnight and was rather uncomfortable to sleep in. I will say, it was extremely hot outside.

The room was nice and housekeeping staff were accommodating and friendly

I didn’t like that I never had access to the pool. I book hotels specifically for the outdoor pools. This hotel catered to bachelor and bachelorette parties and the pool area was constantly reserves for them . I think it’s ridiculous to reserve tables and cabana’s when all guest are paying for the amenities.
