Nice room. The bed was lumpy!
No restaurants open for business. Very disappointing
Stayed one night for a concert. Hotel is beat up with scratched elevator doors, peeling wall paper, scratched/paint peeling on furniture in the rooms. Comfortable bed though. Sad arcade closed at 10 and not later.
Pool was cooler and jacuzzi is not working and cold and also pool shower don’t have hot water very uncomfortable for us.
The location is nice and the rooms are quiet also the view is nice
The only issue we encountered was that the hotel did not have a restaurant, or if they did, it closed early. When we arrived around 3:40 PM, we were informed that the restaurant was already closed. As a result, we had to go out to eat, and while doing so, my husband slipped on the snow outside and hurt his head and back.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I really like the valet guys. Use them its only $5 more and totally worth it. Room is large and comfortable except the pillows. 2 bathrooms in our room. Location is great for casinos, food and Heavenly Gondola. Price is good for what you get.
Pillows are giant. They only have one kind. If you like a big pillow your in luck if not bring your own. Starting to get a bit run down but our room wasn't bad.
