Clean bedding, big room, convenient for city.

Paid the higher of the prices available on booking.com to include breakfast but receptionist insisted we paid for room only even though my receipt said includes good breakfast ( had to pay again if we wanted it). WiFi didnt work. Bathroom tiles falling off. Kitchenette poorly equipped.

Staff. The receptionist was very good. Really liked the grounds giving the space to park easily. Size of room very good. Very quiet. Great place and only 10 minute walk to old town. Carcassone new Town is very nice and not so new. Again 10 mins away.

Duvet was a little narrow for bed. Plugs missing for sink and washbasin.

Nice spacious room with kitchen facilities. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. 10.minute walk to the medieval city of Carcasonne. Good nights sleep with no noise disruption.

Excellent and friendly staff, large apartments for holiday stays and a nice sized indoor pool that is well kept but unfortunately we did not have time to use

Location was good and parking was good. Bed was comfy. Plenty of space. Kitchenette had everything we needed and there is a laundry room if you need it which is good.

The room was too big - couldve done with a separate bedroom and living space instead of one huge room. It felt like we were sleeping in an office. That way you wouldnt hear the fridge and hot water running. Outside seating area wouldve been nice. WiFi was poor.
