Very friendly Staff and location is perfect.

The pool area was nice although we spent more to rent a daybed than what our room cost for the night and then we left for an hour to go to lunch and came back and somebody was in our day bed and a full attendant that did not speak one bit of English gave our day better way.

The room was nice except no matter what room we were in because we had to switch rooms it was so loud it is like being in Daytona Beach on spring break but with adults not able to handle their alcohol it was just loud and obnoxious the entire night.

The lobby entrance was beautiful. The room was clean upon first entrance.

The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful during issues at stay. The pool side did not seem to be cleaned or refreshed at the end of the night or early morning. My room door was left open by cleaning and I was gone for the entire day. I had to switch rooms 2 times. Once because our AC wasnt working and then after the cleaning service left the door open. When I was asked for disinfectant because I used mine on my first room the girl At the front desk was rude. When I tried to file a complaint the manager told me she was almost off the clock before even listening to my problem .
