The best part about that place is- people! Staff is amazing and friendly and really doing their best to accommodate you! Even if its challenging- because the hotel itself have a lot to improve. Location is great.

Hotel itself is not well maintained. Old. Did not looked after for a long time. I had to change the room in the middle of the night as I could not come with a street noise and the balcony window/doors were broken and could not be closed properly. Rooms are generally clean, but all feels old. As a non smoker I am very sensitive to smelled- and I can tell that all the rooms i checked (I had to check a few to choose less noisy one) - had after smell from smoking of previous guests. Hairdryer in the bathroom was switching off after 1 min of use (just old)

We initially stayed for one night and wrote a review about the cleanliness not being good. Upon receiving our review, the hotel then went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The staff remained friendly and professional, especially Ally and Gigi from Guest Relations. The breakfast team were fantastic. The laundry service is amazing, as were the housekeeping team. Thank you for making the second half of our stay so memorable.

In general the peraonal was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The view is incredible. There is an ATM at the Hotel. The Rooms Are Very Clean, have a Nice Floor, Balcony, Shower and comfy Beds.

The Fitness Room is messy. The staff is sitting and spitting.. They sit there, chew sunflower seeds, spit the shells on the floor and watch your Workout. My complaint to reception only resulted in me being harassed at the next workout by the person in charge, claiming that be Bad cleaned up... The Shells where still there. To be fair, The Equipment ist of decent Quality Ah and we almost forgot, Guest are being served Waterbottels with broken Seal, and Tap Water in them.
