the television and internet in the room did not work, the girls at the reception were friendly and promised to solve this problem, but, in fact, they did not even try to do anything. The technician did his best, but it didn't help. Instead of trying to solve our problem, they played with the dog, and when we asked to call the manager, one of the receptionists called security - this is very hospitable . Our problem was solved by a technician - we are very grateful to him (he found a free room to which we moved). Reception work - "0". The breakfast was also terrible - there was not even butter, the tea was transparent and cold, the juice was brought after all the people had eaten, there was not enough cheese for everyone, there was only one type of bread. Half a year ago, you had excellent breakfasts, this is one of the reasons why we came to your hotel again. now I highly doubt we will use your hotel again

Hotel very far from center. Thex had problem to make keys and did not help me to find best room for my problem. Roomes very noisy on street. i also breakfast was 2 times cold and one times i did not have place because theres so much group, I haf my cofee stand up because no place to seat.. Thois hostel ist maybe no more 1 star and they say its 4 star...

nothing was good in this hotel, i not recomand. very old and no maintenance

The great price, a nice and clean room and a very attentive and helpful staff (especially at the reception). I also liked the breakfast buffet, offering a lot of choices. The only problem was wicker Wi-Fi during the day.

Hotel staff not answering the phone, not being at their workplace, completely unprofessional approach. I got the room without a working key, so every time I left the room I had to call their staff to unlock it again for me. The bathroom is not clean, there was human hair on the toilet seat and in the shower. It was not possible to sleep because people were yelling in the street till 3-4 am. I felt very unsafe in this hotel. Definitely not for business people who need to work the following day.
