The pool and proximity to Condado activities.
The AC malfunctioned in our room which later was informed that it's an ongoing issue with the 10th floor. Housekeeping left a damp floor, I slipped and fell. Didn't report it, I had lost confidence in staff at that point.
The house keeping staff and the location of the hotel
The room continues to get moist the air conditioner was dripping from the roof and I had to stay in the air conditioned room and was not able to open the door or else we had to deal with the floor and all the furnishings being wet and moist
my earring back was stolen by staff and i was double charged hotel fees . the breakfast food was disgusting
