The beds and pillows were comfy and we had very good nights of sleep. The room was outfitted nicely with coffee pods and cups. Was able to get refills for free, took advantage of the breakfast bar a couple of times. Mini fridge was sizeable and cold. Balcony was great and overlooked the pool area. Staff was nice and friendly.
Not much.
Dirty rooms. Dirty in the common area.
The balcony facing the road was nice. The bed was comfortable.
Staff was less than friendly at times. Almost seemed as if we were bothering them. Breakfast the first morning was good, the second morning was not so good.
Location was perfect and staff was polite.
beds were a tad lumpy
Didn’t stay for breakfast
The only thing I liked is it was pretty clean.
Love the area. Very convenient
This is our third time at this property, and sadly probably the last for a while. It’s typically older couples and families staying there, but with all the construction in the area, that was a majority of the guests I noticed. I didn’t have a bad experience with them but our balcony constantly smelled of weed, so we were unable to use that as we normally would. And the rooms were dirty. We actually swapped rooms because the first one had hair all over, stained bedding, and there was urine splattered on the toilet. The second wasn’t much cleaner. We bought all cleaning supplies and did it ourselves, as well as new bedding and towels to use for the week. I understand this isn’t a 5 star resort, but we’ve always loved this hotel. The workers and smell we could deal with, but the uncleanliness will lead us to stay somewhere else next year.
The location was fantastic for the Memorial Day parade and the fair on the square that followed. We were able to walk to everything. The staff was very friendly and the room clean.
All good. No complaints.
