CopenhagenLocation was central to were we wanted to be for the attractions we planned to see. Easy access to the main train station short walk. Plenty of places to eat near by. Also close to the start of the hop on hop off bus
Location.
When the construction works that is very very near the rooms is completed. No idea whether this rehab works wholly related to the hotel. From 07:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs the area is construction site.
Room was nice, just saw some marks on the mirrors, so could be cleaner, didnt bother me, but once you seen it you cant unseen it
It wasnt anything not to like. room was good enough, just seen the marks on the mirror
The breakfast was good and the location was ideal. The staff were very attentive and did give us some money back for the bad room.
The room was terrible. It was a big triple room but there were so many issues, it made the stay unpleasant. There was a terrible smell of drains and sewage in the room as soon as we walked in. The kitchenette had no cutlery or crockery. The carpet was ripped and had paint splatters on it. There was no plug in the kitchen for the kettle. Water flooded the bathroom when we had a shower and stank. There was lots of building work going on outside and inside the hotel. On our floor there were ceiling panels stacked up against the wall, wires and cables hanging into the corridor, loads of building materials in the walkway. The outside builders started hammering and drilling at 7am. It was awful. And when we went to check out, the only, tiny elevator was out of order so we had to carry a very heavy suitcase down 3 flights of stairs.
