great full breakfast. Attentive, competent and pleasant staff. Good restaurant. Located way downtown, interesting neighborhood.

Always felt well taken care of- cool little touches like apples and water upon arrival, ginger snap bedtime cookies. Loved the music mix… I can’t see why we would stay anywhere else when we come to NYC

Relaxed, great decor, bed v comfortable.

If the hotel has smoking rooms they should be on a different floor to the non smoking rooms. We could smell smoke even with our door closed.

Great service, lovely breakfast and a great location.

Not alot of amenities for the price point
