I think it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

While I haven't stayed at a lot of hotels in NYC this is my favorite. The location is good for me with subway easily accessible, great interesting neighborhood. Service and food was terrific. The croissants for continental breakfast are really good.

Nothing to dislike.

nice hotel, average service, overpriced

rooms are nice but small (but thats New York), good location, nice bar and food in restaurant is good (if not very expensive)

service is poor - had to call numerous times for house keeping to come, service was very slow in restaurant - not great for the room rate youre paying

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.
