Large rooms with good beds. Helpful staff at reception and bar/restaurant.

The bar is only open at 19.30 hours.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

The rooms are tired and need to be refreshed. Breakfast was ok - hot food was not hot. Food was not replenished - eg. eggs - cold and scant. Fresh fruit not replenished.

Good location. Room clean .

Bathroom a bit tired could do with updating.

Breakfast was excellent, location was very convenient, sufficiently close to the city centre, train station, and the shopping mall. We specifically chose this hotel for being away from the night life, so it was possible to relax in peace. Staff at the reception were very helpful, everybody spoke English. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was a lot of space for clothes and other things, and a safe. The restaurant served delicious high-quality food in the evenings, we especially enjoyed steak tartar. After check-out we left our luggage with hotel before going to airport, and it was reassuring to get tags for each bag, and to get our bags handled only by staff - this is is not so in many other hotels where anybody can go into the luggage room and luggage is not tagged.

In April the air conditioner did not cool down the room and only heated it. So the only way to get fresh air without warming the room was to open the window. This worked well except in windy weather, when the window could not stay opened by itself, and we could not sleep properly. A design feature in our economy room was a heavy bathroom glass sliding door, which looked good, but produced noise each time anybody opened it. The location of plug sockets was not very convenient, none near one bed, and no usb-sockets.
