The location is very good, close to the beach and shops

The room was not the same as in the photo, the window was very dirty and you couldn't see the sea, the bathroom had a leak in the shower and you had to put a towel to hold the water, the cleaning was only done on Sundays, and you had to ask questions to a very rude and impatient employee.

I loved how much there was to do! Even if the weather isn’t good, there is no need to worry! There is always something for everyone to do

Havana side was smelly, the beds are worn out. I could feel the spring in the bed. The rugs were filthy and smelled. I ask to speak with management twice and know contacted me back!

The room was large and sheets were clean.

The whole floor smelled like weed, our room was next to the elevator so we heard people screaming all night and the elevators making too much noise, the spotlights on the building were shining into our room all night, the room looked very bare and dated (not like the pictures), staff were not helpful, at the resturaunt wait staff dropped plates which cut my ancle and I was bleeding and they said they wouldn't get me a bandaid so I had to ask the manager, most of the bars were closed at night
