One King West Hotel And Residence

Room was clean but smaller than expected, the bathroom was tiny

Our entire hotel experience was ruined upon check out, by the extremely rude male staff member at the concierge desk. Clearly the hotel staff need more training on how to speak to/ treat their paying guests, instead of treating guests like beggars who have just walked off the street!!it was shocking!

Room was clean

Beds were uncomfortable - felt like cardboard. Outlets did not work. Had to walk 2 blocks to get to the hotel with all of our belongings because parking was closed. The room didn’t come with water and when we requested water, we received two tiny bottles that did not help us get hydrated. Additionally the phone in the hotel room for room service did not work and we struggled finding a way to contact the hotel. The hotel shower and bathtub only ran extremely hot water, we were unable to shower or enjoy the bathtub at all. The hotel is expensive and we were expecting a high quality stay for the type of hotel and amount of money paid for the room. We were disappointed with the overall experience and would not stay again.

Good location, food was good

Room was nothing special, a bit dreary

The facilities and as we were high up we could see everything. It was clean and comfortable. Liked the fact it had a washing machine and dryer.

Great for our 1 night stop over. Room had everything we needed and very convenient for buses and subway

nothing to mention

Staff and location good

Not enough toilet roll in the room for a 3 day stay and never got replenished
