The hotel has a great spa with wet and dry saunas, plus cold room and cold plunge. The pool area is very nice overlooking the bay. The hotel overalll has a great vibe with a couple cool bars to hang out at.
There are alot of locals there that pay a monthly membership to use the facilities. The only complaint i would have is the pool area gets crowded especially on the weekends. Scenery is great but you will have to go early to get a good seat.
The facilities, location and overall design is amazing
We had one of the simpler rooms and they are rather small and not updated as the rest of the spaces of the hotel. The bathrooms was old and with little space available.
Location
The pool chair policy is terrible. You get up to have lunch and the employees take your belongings to storage and when you get back you have to find a new chair. No idea who came up with this policy but I assure you its bad. Many customers were complaining repeatedly during our stay. Its like a bunch children fighting over chairs and where are my things ? The economy is taking a turn and losing customers is the last thing you wanna do.
