Everyone was very helpful including Kim at them concierge desk, your front desk manger was great too and Carson at Valetbell was outstanding. My slide/partner had a facial and a 50 minute massage and both staff members were great! Your spa front desk member was very accommodating in make arrangements to change her spa schedule at the last minute when our schedule changed
The lobby and downstairs restaurant was way too col for human beings to be in without bein g uncomfortable and I don’t come to a JW Marriot to be uncomfortable!!!!!!!!
Price was quite high. I pay around 630 for a night
WIFI not included in the already quite high room rate / night.
The hotel itself was lovely. The room was nice, the soaps and lotions were wonderful. The NOISE LEVEL was unacceptable! We stayed in room 412 and the outside noise made it impossible to sleep! I understand there was a festival going on, however the city noise, the party buses, the sirens .... it was very frustrating to be awake most of the night with the outside noise. There has to be something this "expensive" hotel can do to minimize the noise level.
A room in another location!!!!!!! Facing 8th Ave and seeing / hearing ALL of the city noises.... sirens, party buses, LOUD cars etc. made it impossible to nap or sleep through the night. Is there such a thing as black out curtains that minimize the outside noise?
Beautiful property. Had everything we needed in terms of resources.
The staff at the front desk were miserable behaving. There, as near as we can tell is one excellent staff member in guest accommodations, Jay. He went above and beyond in every way. The check in staff were belittling and frankly elitist. This was hard for check in by guests who may have special needs or circumstances that require discretion or more time/care
