Amazing design, very clean , big rooms and the staff is very friendly and professional.

Bar and restaurant needed a mature manager to over see very young staff, teach them how to greet and serve customers. Service over all at the hotel bar and restaurant was just average, if they are going to be dealing with business people from all over the world that are use to a certain standard. We found that in most areas of Budapest. A lack of sophistication, a trip to Paris or London hotels might be needed to understand what I'm trying to say.

Beautiful luxurious hotel with inner courtyard

Room layout was a bit quirky. It was advertised as a 40 sqm room, which I expected to be large and airy. Instead, the bedroom was normal sized, and the rest was a separate dressing and bathroom area, that was almost too spacious (rather than having more space to sit in the room). It didnt look like the advertised photo, and I had to double-check that we indeed received a deluxe room.

The rooms were spacious, modern facilities, spotlessly clean. The staff provided excellent service and I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know coming to Budapest.
