Great location.

Location was perfect. So close to the stadium and restaurants. Was also a cute holiday market right nearby. Lobby was very nice. The staff experience was saved by the last person we interacted with, Bim, who was lovely.

Staff were unhelpful and rude. It seemed like more than just an "off day"--from the valet out front to the front desk, none of the staff members seemed particularly happy to be there. Unfortunate.

Pleasant and convenient.

The location was great and the staff was super friendly.

Our room window was eye level with people sitting at the bar. It was a little unnerving. But obviously that was because of the particular room we ended up in.
