Every time I went downstairs to get coffee the pot was either out, no cups or no creamer. Complimentary breakfast was weak. Direct TV sucks.

The bed was comfy and the rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly!
Everywhere else besides the room was filthy! The elevator was gross and floor & carpet in the lobby were so dirty and the breakfast was slim picking

Breakfast need constantly fill up all. Costumers are waiting what they like to eat? I heard one of the costumer said I rather not to have breakfast here.
The room floor not very clean, smell kids urine, No complaint card, manager didn't do employer staffing.
