The breakfast, there could've been a little more choices

Took two boys with us expecting to let them swim but the pool was closed. For the money I don’t feel we got what we booked.

It took about 15 minutes to check in. Problem with using Booking I think.

very clean, room was larger than an average hotel room, and comfortable.

The property was clean. That’s it.

My family and I was harassed because of the color of our skin. There was a tournament for soccer lacrosse and baseball so there were large groups of other races of children. These children called me and my kids the “N” word, they took pictures, they said our skin was black and oily and made the pool dirty, they played on our doors knocking and running. We complained and became the problem for complaining. The hotel staff even had to threaten to have the police vacate the entire floor. It was my daughter’s 15th birthday. She is a little person and she was made fun of. The parents of these children called it “harness fun” again the hotel staff did nothing about it and told me to report it to corporate. I called corporate and was advised that because I booked through a 3rd party, they would only document the correspondence but it was nothing they could do. I will NEVER book here again!!!
