Radisson Blu Mall of America

The location

The hotel room was a bit run down. The bathroom wall was peeling off , the lamp shade had lots of holes in it, the curtains were attached to the rod , the chair had cracks in it and it was old . I expected better for $260 a night . We were told there was an a la carte breakfast by 1 worker then in morning told something else . We also asked for a late check out , we were first told $50 for anything after 1pm . Then told even if it’s 12:30 it would still be an extra $50 . Keep in mind the original check out time was 12pm . The workers need to aligned rather than giving out different details each time.

I like the convenience of being next to the Mall. The room was comfortable.

The Soap Despensers in the shower were empty. Just make sure to check those when turning over the room.

We enjoy that it’s connected to the mall and we can stay there and rest after a long day.

Our room was dirty. Things under both bed from previous guests(such as shirts, rings, candy, tags, empty pop cans) not to mention broken lamp shade, dirty bathroom, very worn and peeled chair, stains on the carpet, smears of random substances on the wall, dirty/oily coffee maker with dusty coffee cups that were far from unusable.

Everything was great.

That it just had a pool and no hot tub
