Travelodge by Wyndham Palm Springs

At Check in Rebecca made me feel right at home. My room was very fresh and inviting. I had a lovely view of the pool and could walk around to see the Mountains in the distance.

No hot water! Management was unable to repair and I was not offered another room with hot water!

The staff was friendly. The directions to the room were good. The lobby was festive with a lovely tree.

The rooms are very outdated, the tv bases are broken due to the screws they have to put in them so they are not removed from the room. The tubs really need attention as the coating is coming off and that makes them look terrible. The first night we stayed we were put in a pet friendly room which had a terribly done patch on the ceiling in the bathroom, the dresser was scratched or chewed in places, the corners of some of the walls were showing rust under the wallpaper, black showing on the silicone around the tub holes in the carpet under the bathroom vanity. The parking lot was full of bad potholes.
