The rooms and staff are 10/10
Nothing it’s the perfect hotel
Location, friendly and welcoming staff, large rooms, large bathrooms, room facilities e.g. fridge, ironing board…., the lovely swimming pool
There’s ongoing building work that can be intrusive, depending on the location of your room
Premium service
Tidy and well-maintained facilities, timely housekeeping services, good variety of breakfast choice, staff are nice and attended to our requests promptly.
Looking forward for the renovation to be completed.
The level of customer service was exceptional.
There are renovations happening and this wasn’t explained at the time of booking or before arrival. The house was ridiculously loud and all the windows were frosted so no daylight. This wasn’t explained really poor especially given the huge cost I paid
