For the most part, everything was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very hospitable, and it was overall a very good stay.
The only issue was that the walls were very thin. For instance, I could hear every conversation that was being had word for word by the hotel pool and hot tub while I was in my room with the door closed. Also, I could hear every footstep from the guests staying above me.
The location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room was great.
I did not like how my balcony door was directly open and accessible to the back parking lot. As a solo female traveler I would have felt safer on a higher floor.
We loved how the location was close to everything we needed! Close to Downtown, next door to restaurants, and overall felt very safe! Will be staying here again next time!
Nice clean spacious room for family of 4. Great to have a laundry onsite for use (takes quarters).
Location was good. Near lots of restaurants and stores.
Poor customer service. We got a room with king bed and sofa bed in living room area. We noticed right away that the TV in the living room area said “no service” so I called the front desk and the lady said she would come to take a look. When she came she didn’t do anything, she just looked at the screen and said she would send the maintenance person to take a look in the morning. No body ever came to fix the issue in the morning. We left out to eat around 2 pm and when we got back my husband called the front desk. The lady said that the maintenance person wasn’t going to be in and we would have to wait till tomorrow (our check-out day). She offered another room for the night but at this point, it was too late to move to another room, mind you, we have 2 kids with us. If she would have offered us another room when I initially called her as soon as we noticed, that would have resolved the issue, but she didn’t. She then said, we would have to talk to the manager who was coming in the day we checked out. We left very disappointed.
