Hotel Jazz

It was just a very nice and very clean place. The rooftop area was spectacular!!

We were given a little bit of mid-information about taxis not being available on our day of departure. We were told none would be available so we booked a bus ticket. They were available.?up until 9:30 am.

Breakfast was outstanding. The reception was very helpful.

Not fancy but room met our needs. Would stay here again for sure.

Centrally located and within walking distance from most of the locations I visited. Also its 2 blocks from the Aerobus stop, La Placa de Catalunya and several places to eat.

The graffiti on the building under construction next door, I thought it devalued the look of the hotel, although I used it as a place marker. The bathroom tubs in both rooms that I stayed in were a hazard because the surfaces were very slippery and you could easily hurt yourself because there were no support handles to help you. No hot water in the tub!! I had to turn the shower faucet on and wait 10 minutes before the water went warm.

Staff are fantastic. Really could not do enough for us. Superb location - close to sites but also aerobus to airport is 5 min walk away and takes 35 mins. Roof pool and bar was wonderful. Staff let us check out at 12 and then leave our luggage in their secure area until 4 when we had to leave to catch our flight. We were then able to enjoy the roof pool for the afternoon.

My only slight annoyance is that the shower took a while to heat up and that the shower hose was twisted and stuck out and didn't sit onto the wall. It's hard to explain unless you saw it
