Internet connection was good.
My room was not cleaned. When I informed the reception about this, I was told that cleaning is now done every two days. I also asked if a small bag of food I had purchased could be kept in the refrigerator overnight, but they said they could only assist with medical items. Also breakfasts was so crowded and difficult to find empty table.
Some of the staff did not speak English. There were no English channels on the tv. Breakfast was out of various items regularly. No tea or coffee in the rooms.
