There was a wedding midweek, and the reception was right above our room. Very loud. Glad we did not have a young child with us otherwise it would have been bad. The food was ok, but not overly impressed for the long lines there were.

Food Amazing in every restaurant. Staff very kind.

Pool is very small for all the people there.

The property was clean the views were amazing, i would definitely stay here again.

We really liked our overall stay and the facility. It was very clean and well organized. They also had a lot of activities for the kids. The beach was very clean and the kids had fun. Also, I love the fact that they had activities for the adults every day as well. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would definitely visit again.

When we checked in, we had two junior suite rooms booked and paid for. One for us with one kid and another for our parents. Both rooms which we booked were Junior suites. Even after requesting closer rooms, when we checked in, they gave us one standard room and which did not have an elevator and was difficult with stroller and accessibility wise for us. When asked to change, they said we did not have availability for another room or to change and had to wait one day. I did not like the fact that we booked two rooms so knowing that it is a family we should be put together close to each other rather than far rooms in two separate buildings and knowing we were traveling with 1 infant and 1 toddler. That's the only feedback I have.

Location to airport. Clean. Very friendly staff

Couch in room was dirty. The work out room was hot. The chairs on my individual balconies need cushions.
