Century Plaza Hotel

Comfortable bed, pillows and towels.

Thirty story hotel, plus sub-levels. Two of four elevators were out of service for our entire two-day stay. The elevator cabs were not very large. This led to VERY long delays going up from the lobby or down from our 8th floor room, especially with baggage.

Our room had a kitchenette but wasn't very well equipped. No blinds to keep the room dark so woken early

The Kitchen bench could be updated … More coffee for the drip coffee maker and some sort of milk would be good

Beautiful and great location. Room was HUGE with a full kitchen. Breakfast was AMAZING!

Elevators often had lines due to 2/3 being down. That’s not good when on 18 of 30 floors

Spacious apartment style hotel room, with a comfortable king bed, bathroom, lounge and kitchen area, as well as a balcony. Views of the city were amazing and an easy 5-minute walk to downtown. We even walked to Stanley Park!

I prefer a walk-in shower, rather than a bath/shower combo, for safety reasons.

Big clean, comfortable bed and room. Friendly helpful staff. In a Great location, short walks to delicious restaurants, attractions, transportation, and fun! And there's the best YMCA ever 1 block away! I look forward to staying at the Century Plaza again!
