Massive room with kitchen facilities. Was excellent for our family. Comfy beds. Very helpful staff on front desk.
Lifts not always working.
Location is good. But it’s very noisy.
This hotel needs an update. It’s outdated. It’s prime location. Windows need better insulation. You hear everything from the road. Restaurant Prime could have more vegetarian options. Limited for vegetarians.
Great location, friendly staff, spacious room, very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. We had the family room that had a kitchenette, a small table with 2 chairs and a sofa. We used the fridge for some drinks and the coffee pot in the morning. We were a party of 4 with a 14 yr old & 3 adults. We had 2 double beds and the hotel provided a roll away twin bed, which the room was big enough to accommodate.
Bathroom was a little dated but okay.
+ Nice Staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. + the hotel in city downtown with a lot of sightseeing nearby + a small kitchen in the room wich was old fashioned but was nice to meet the needs,e.g. if you need a plate or a microwave.
- we have booked the room and paid for that more than 3 months in advance and asked the hotel just with the booking to give us a room at the uppermost floors. The said, they would do their best to do that. But at the end of the day, some others that checked in with us the same day, got better rooms than us! - the bathroom doesn't have a fan, so you enjoy a sona after taking shower! Or need a gas mask after using WC!!!
The room was spacious and the also the location (downtown) is at walking distance to many of the central Vancouver
The windows fixtures are a little bit old so the noise from the traffic gets into the room as well thermal insulation is not on top. Also for the price I would have appreciated that the breakfast was included.
location is good, walk around 10 minis to skytrain station A bus stop just downstairs, one bus to UBC, good one.
the shower head is old style and not good to use . If took shower late then no hot water .....my son had 2 night cold water shower. I met one time, have to call them for help No laundry machine in the room
3 areas for upgrading 1. Shower very poor water flow and hard to regulate temperature. 2. Air Con Unit - leaked water and position not great, should be moved to wall near kitchen. 3. Not enough storage space. We stayed in Room 2930, 3 female adults, the room was only fit for 2 adults! We had to ask for extra towels as they only supplied for 2 adults.
