Very noisy street in night time!

Location. Comfortable bed. Hot and powerful shower. Breakfast

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. TV not working. Very noisy from inside the hotel (workers in the kitchen late at night) and other guests arriving back late

The staff

The hotel was in a good location, 15 minutes walk from the cathedral and the city center. The breakfast was tasty and the choices were sufficient, the food was replenished throughout the breakfast.

The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair from the previous guest in the shower drain. When reserving the room, I indicated that I wanted a room with two separate beds, but upon arrival the beds were together and covered with a common sheet. We had to move the beds and look for another sheet.

Good location, breakfast (although it was the same every day), cleanliness

Good breakfast. It was sufficient. Great location. Just a twenty minute walk from the train station. And the dcor in the reception and halls was cool.

The staff was very helpful. They accepted my early check-in and offered breakfast for free while I am waiting for the room. Room, sheets, and towels were all clean. Good location with only 10 mins walk to the center.

The room was quite small, with no space to open even a small lounge. No air conditioning. The prices were high because of Gamescom, and it definitely wasn't worth that much money.

Nice place nice location.

First staff member we spoke to was very rude when we first arrived, messaged requesting an early check in and did not get a response. When we arrived we asked if it would be possible at all but they acted as if the request was insane. I dont mind not being able to I understand sometimes it is not possible but the response was very rude. Rest of the staff were nice however not a good welcome
