Location, staff, bar
Comfort of room. Pillows were old and gnat like sleeping with nothing
Almost everything
The level of noise inside the room and the carpets can def use a spruce up
staff was friendly, room was clean
waited an hour to checkin at 10pm, didn't have room type reserved so had a small room with king size bed instead of 2 doubles and had to squeeze in a cot, elevators were very unreliable and had to wait 20mins at times, very high price for average quality, boring room, no microwave or coffee maker
Like the location, very convenient and close to all the shopping and dining
Elevators not working, water for showers not hot enough, big lines for luggage holding and check in, staff could be friendlier, they don’t seem pleasant and don’t greet at the check in. Almost feels like they are overworked and tired because of amount of people they come in contact and they sit behind the desk and screen and seem distant and not willing to help.
