Tea .Coffee facilities are basic..eg paper cups ..very noisy bathroom fan..could hear nx unit as well

house keeping excellent. front office and porters excellent.

Location worked well for what we did in city

We did not have breakfast there. Friends had us over each day.

The breakfast is great. The staff is kind and willing to help. The room is warm and the wifi is excellent.

The self-service laundry is not always available. Walking on the street nearby can see drug addict and/or smell marijuana from time to time. This is of course not the hotel but the Vancouver city is to blame, but I just cannot have positive opinions toward a location with plenty of drug addict nearby. I would not recommend any of my family nor friends to visit the Vancouver city as it is full of drug addict and takes a tolerable attitude towards drug/marijuana. I had a rather nice memory of Vancouver during my last visit roughly ten years ago, but today's Vancouver is really disappointing.

Very noisy! Underground parking is in the next building. Night staff is not friendly.
