Luggage carts hard to find. Key cards didnt work We are an elderly couple who were given a room with about 8 stairs to climb to reach the door. Upon opening the door there was a big step down. Super dangerous. The room had 2 beds in loft Couldnt acce
Beds and pillows are very nice and comfortable. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good.
The free shuttle didn't even pull to the curb just drove by. I called the hotel and gave me lip service. Ended up having g to pay $30 to have a fan take us to the hotel. Again, the young man just gave us lip service at the front desk upon our arrival.
Exceptional staff, Andrey, Krysia, Arlette, and Melissa were amazing. The very few staff I missed,, you guys were all great. Breakfast hostess, thanks for the amazing service. You guys rock !!!
