I liked how the hotel was clean and convenient to a lot of things we wanted.

I didn't like how there was no complementary coffee during the day time and how there was no complementary breakfast for what we are paying.

The hot chocolate chip cookies....seriously, everything was great.

How can this possibly be a 3.5 star hotel. Not even close. 2.5 star would be appropriate. It was in disrepair.

The front desk staff were great.

This is not a typical Hilton Hotel. It is very ran down and the hallway floors were very dirty. The elevator floors were falling apart. There was also a plastic bag placed over the smoke alarm in my room. I did report this to the front desk.

Half of the TV channels did not work

Staff was super friendly.

I did not get a cookie. Breakfast is not free, but there is a restaurant on site so ??

Absolutely nothing. How in the world did this place receive your 3.5 star rating?

Check in person was obnoxious. I left a day early because I didn?t like the hotel and guess what.?..not only did they charge me a $25 early check-in fee (2:00 pm, 2 hours early), but they charged me a $25 fee for checking out a day EARLY, too.
