Food was great

1) ROOM facilities: it was difficult to open and close the balcony door 2) WAKE UP service: Did not work for me (I requested it, However noone called me. The Responsible person on the reception said that he was busy by other staff and forget to call) 3) EYARLY BREAKFAST service: Did not work for me (I requested it. However no food was provided. Only cofee was available. The Responsible person said that he does not have any ideas why no food prepared for the early breakfast. No alternative solution was proposed to resolve the issue)

Uncomfortable beds , and noise made by some drunk Germans over night from the street

Well set out for a comfy and relaxing stay. Excellent food every day. Central position of hotel with two minute access to shops and bars. Busses to Palma and Airport only a couple of mins. away. All staff polite and professional. Beautiful landscape for eating.and swimming with well maintained flower beds.

I would find it hard to complain about this hotel, but one thing that surely needs improvement is the signage around the swimming pool as sadly I was to witness someone injured with the necessity of an ambulance to stretcher the young man away with obvious injury to his head. The following morning I checked around the pool to see only very small signs dotted around the edge (somewhat faded) I would point out that the bar is located next to the pool and possibly this may have been a contributing factor with regard to this accident. The staff of the hotel remained professional throughout.

The breakfast was great. It had plenty of food to pick.
