Beautiful bathrooms, grounds were well kept.
Only had turn down service 3 days a week. Stayed for 4 days and never had our bed made, garbage taken out. Had to call for towels. Calling to the main desk was a chore instead of just dialing 0 to reach someone. Prices were high. Monopolistic approach to drinks at poolside.
The pool was great!
The beds were not very comfortable....one of them was not even level...somewhat outdated and worn.
I had an issue with my medical equipment and the staff were so friendly and amazing. They helped solve my problem

The AC unit was absurdly loud!!! I would stay here again except for the AC unit. It was startling as it intermittently kicked on during the night and was terrible for sleep. Definitely bring earplugs!
I’m not crazy about outside corridor hotels but The Radisson was excellent! A high end hotel located only 1.5 miles from the Port. Would definitely stay again! Staff super friendly
